Aja Nikiya is a humanitarian, story teller, photographer, public speaker and activist for animals and under served populations. Aja is catalyst for change and a voice for the voiceless. After seeing much suffering in the world, she knew it was her mission to bring justice and compassion to those in need. She is passionate about helping marginalized communities of people and animals, the forgotten and seemingly insignificant. On her first trip to Malawi, Africa, she bought a camera and began taking photos of the things she witnessed and began asking questions. The more she investigated, the more she uncovered about the hidden truths and injustices around the world. She believes in the power of story telling to create impactful change.

Kim Mniece is a storyteller with a passion for film, photography, animals, and travel. Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, she studied broadcast journalism in Brockport, NY. Kim's focus in the field quickly shifted after interviewing several people whose stories impacted her view on film and how it can be used in a powerful way. Her true passion for film lies in documentaries and their ability to connect people with a unique story. She loves to uncover stories that otherwise may not have been told with the firm belief that every person, place, and animal has a story if you are willing to listen. She embarked on her first documentary journey in 2015 for a film titled “Rompiendo El Ciclo,” shot on location in Guatemala. Storytelling has the power to change the world and she hopes to make an impact with the stories she tells.
